Shareena Mundodi

Shareena carries a wealth of experience in independent education, currently serving as Director of Equity and Community Engagement at the Kent Denver School and previously acting as the Director of Community Life at Charlotte Preparatory School in North Carolina. She also brings broad international and multicultural experience and training to bear in her consulting work as an innovative, strategic DEI practitioner and communications professional, offering distinguished inter-cultural program management skills and community cultivation expertise. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, a master’s degree in international affairs from American University, a master’s degree in communications from Johns Hopkins University, and holds professional certification in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University.
